Refund Policy
Cancellation by cheegift.com:
- Please note that there are some orders that we are unable to accept and they will be cancelled from our side.
- We reserve the right, to cancel the order for any reason. Like under any foreseen circumstances that may come in the way of your order that may be limitations on quantity available for purchase, error in product(s) or pricing information, or limitations of our credit department.
- We may also require information before accepting your order. We will contact you if in any case, your order is cancelled or any kind of information that is required to accept your order.
- If you feel the product is defective, please contact us and we will work out a solution to your satisfaction. Products can be returned within 10 days in case of defects or functional problems. You will need to send these back to us to get a fresh piece. Returns are not processed for any products that are tampered with, in used condition, or with damaged packaging etc.
Cancellation by customer:
- If your order is cancelled after making payment from your side, the amount will be credited to your account within 4-5 working days.
- If the product is used or damaged from your end, we reserve the right to not refund your amount when you cancel your order after completing or dispatching.
